Dr Hina Agha is an experienced consultant adult psychiatrist with specialist training in the rehabilitation of chronic and enduring mental health conditions. Since 2013, Dr Agha has been working as a consultant but her career has also involved the teaching, training and supervision of future psychiatrists. Mr Omar Al Kadhi is a renowned consultant urologist who attends to patients at both Spire Norwich Hospital and Global Clinic Norwich. He is an expert in treating cancer of the bladder and prostate, blood in the urine, lower urinary tract symptoms and urinary tract infections. He is also adept at penoscrotal surgery, with experience in performing circumcision and procedures to treat hydroceles and epididymal cysts.

Since commencing his career in urology, he has performed over a thousand surgical procedures, many of them robot-assisted. Dr Rhys Evans is a highly experienced and esteemed associate professor of renal medicine and consultant nephrologist at the UCL Centre for Kidney and Bladder Health, Royal Free Hospital. He has sub-speciality expertise in transplantation, including donor and recipient assessment, as well as all aspects of post-transplant care. He is the deputy lead of the UCL Centre for Transplantation and is principal investigator on a number of clinical trials. He also has sub-specialty expertise in the management of patients with inherited and acquired tubular kidney diseases, including unexplained electrolyte disorders, and helps run the clinical service of the London Tubular Centre.

Dr Evans is an academic clinician with a diverse research portfolio. He was awarded a PhD from UCL for translational work investigating the impact of salt on the immune system during which he provided the first description of immunodeficiency in patients with inherited salt-losing tubulopathies. He continues to investigate changes in immunity in patients with tubular kidney disease and hypertension.

He was awarded the UCL Oliver Wrong Prize for an outstanding contribution to Renal Physiology research in 2021 and is a member of the British Transplant Society and the International Society of Nephrology but to mention a few. His other focus is aimed at improving the care of patients with kidney disease in low-resource settings, which he has done in a number of different countries worldwide.

He has previously worked as a clinical lecturer at the University of Malawi and has published widely on the epidemiology of kidney disease in Africa and novel tools to detect it. He has a friendly approach to medicine and strongly believes in shared decision making with patients and their families.

He has been recognised for his contribution to his subspecialist service for patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high quality patient care and continuous improvement, and was awarded a Clinical Excellence Award by Derby Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. 

Professor Amer's clinical research has been published in over 70 peer-reviewed journals, and regularly presents papers in international scientific meetings. Furthermore, Professor Amer is regularly invited to speak at national educational meetings. He is also a member of various professional organisations including the British Fertility Society (BFS), The European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), The British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE), as well as the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).
